Worth mentioning that if in the process of AMC, any lift/elevator if found non-operational due to any faults or issues or problems and customer intend or agrees to have entitle into AMC agreement then we urge to bring customer attention on the following points:

  • Any lift/elevator which is already out of service or out of order due to fault or any issues prior to enter into AMC Agreement, in that concurrence its rectification & re-storing it, will charge extra as service & maintenance charge.
  • Our Company restricts and deny consideration of entitle any liability for any losses, damages, etc. prior to enter into AMC Agreement, happened in the event of over voltage or under voltage of power supply or overloading due to excess passengers or natural calamities or fire, theft or any hostile misconduct, etc.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

  • 100% payment in advance on sign of AMC Agreement.
  • Taxes as per applicable.
